One honest loop, every year

Research runs from 1 January to 30 September. Scoring is finalised in October, ratified by the Board in November, and the winners are announced on 1 January of the following year.

No winners have been announced yet — the inaugural 2026 research window is open. The first Top 3 Ghana winners will be published, certified and entered in the public Master Register on 1 January 2027.

  2. February – MarchNominations continue. Pre-screening for eligibility.
  3. AprilResearch pool finalised. Research Phase I begins (surveys, mystery shopping).
  4. May – JulyMain research phase. Parallel streams run.
  5. AugustDigital reputation aggregation and expert panel reviews.
  6. SeptemberResearch window closes (30 September).
  7. OctoberScoring finalised. Minimum threshold check. Draft results.
  8. NovemberBoard of Trustees review and endorsement vote. Appeals window opens.
  9. DecemberAppeals resolved. Certificates printed and sealed.
  10. 1 JanuaryThe new cycle's winners are announced. Certificates signed and dated.

The inaugural 2026 cycle became effective 22 April 2026. Its winners will be announced on 1 January 2027. Until then, no Top 3 Ghana winner exists for 2026 — and none is claimed anywhere. Nominate a business →
